The H.L. production is anticipated to go ahead late in second half of 2010. This is what has been recently stated, and I would think they will need to produce gold by then in order to carry out further extensive exploration and drilling.

I know the time line could blow out but SXG seems comfortable with this latest time frame.
It also seems a strong possibility that they could get some help along the way, perhaps from MIN who have taken an interest in SXG.
