i have been following ceu for the last month. I think someone is capping the price and trying to accumulate between 0.30 to o.31. The reason i think this is because there have been sveral large trades in the last week at these levels and in particular today there were several large buy orders at 31 cents eg 830,000, 550,000 ect. if you look at the chart and trading patern there is resistance at 31.5 cents, which leads me to believe someone is trying to accumulate
