There are no guarantees about that either though are there?
I say that because not only will distributions be suspended until gearing is reduced to 45% but developments are also suspended until gearing is reduced below 50%, so there are two concerns on the horizon there.
What do others think is the likelihood of IIF managing to reduce gearing to such a low level as to simultaneously allow an active development pipeline and distribution payments?
