My reply to crazypunter from the “Reece Morsco Deal” thread.....

Back on the 29/5/2018 when reece was $11.90 you used the word “demise” and said REH was “tanking”. You (crazypunter), claimed to have called the downfall 3 weeks prior. I am yet to see this happen and based on reh history which is the most solid chart I have ever seem over a decade or two. You further went on to suggest that reh was 30% overpriced.
Do you still have the same opinion? is this opinion based on the Morsco acquisition?”



So @silverdog2009 its clear myself and crazypunter have opposing views on REH. The price rose up to $12.50ish after crazyp’s call of a demise 4.5 months ago so at that time it was ways off being accurate. Maybe that time has come now I do not know.

I’ve been involved with REH shares for a decade or two and they have been a solid, steady and very predictable performer. The chart over this period speaks for itself. REH have been wonderful for me and Mum. I’m a long term holder and pretty much free carrying my current parcel so I’m personally not concerned. I check the price every 2 or 3 months.

The morsco deal is a big one, the largest risk I think I’ve seen REH take in their life and whilst crazyP has an opinion, it’s often cryptic and without any useful information.

Do some research on the deal and make your decision based on what you can uncover.
