    Board of directors has been replaced. UOG (17% holding in TMX) have installed 3 new directors. Perhaps now they can get things moving. I think UOG saw value in TMX's assets and accumulated while the SP was low and hte old directors were mucking around. Now they have their stake they have put new directors at the helm to get the projects moving.
