If you look at redgums post DIT he says that;

"I doubt they would announce a cap raising prior to the issue of the resource estimates supposedly due early August"

If it is a capital raising i would say that they have already signed an agreement to do a placement(or something like that) with an institution, a major like banro or sophisticated investors. But why would they make a trading halt to do this - perhaps the placement price is substantially below the current price and they don't want the price to fall based on this.....hhhhmmmm
