mike billing has a lot to answer for thats all i gotta say - if only it were that easy for all of us to just put someone else in your spot at your workplace to take all the heat for your stuff ups and ignorance- especially when we look back at his choice of words in announcements -

the question remains that remains with me is whether Mike Billing was the best person for thor mining in its attempt to grow this company into a profitable tungsten producer - ill wear my heart on my sleeve and say that im a long term suffering sareholder in this company and am proud to say it. I will not ide behind another person, and nor do i everytime i see mates of mine that also are in the red substantially from my advice that thor was a better than average investment with all the information that was coming out from management prior to our dfs. I just think that Mick Billing as a lot and i mean a lot to answer for, as this is one of the biggest shames I have seen in the corporate world by far. This aint no coincidence in my opinion that no director wants to face the music instead a director just appointed ( one whom clearly does not have any shares or interests in tis company) how in gods name is anyone attending this agm supposed to get anything out of a man that was just appointed days ago with no skin in the game. I can just imagine his resposnses being along the lines of " sorry investor, as you are aware i was only appointed days ago and i cannot answer that and blah blah blah we are working tirelessly- we are actively working and are in so called detailed discussions with offtake partners for molyhill blah blah blah and ill put money on the closing line being, there will be a company update real soon from yours truly Mike Billing"

This quite clearly is the weakest attempt I ave ever seen by a board of a listed company to avoid dealing with investors whom have lost a lot of coin believeing the so called "as good as it gets" claims from these clowns - End of the day, I will stand up and say that I can clearly hold my head up high and say I am entitled to take these shots at management because i am looking at a large loss atm due to incompetance, lack of responsibility and lack of transperancy from our supposed board which are being paid from us " the loyal shareolders that invested on their very words"

Before the crowds comne out saying that this is sour grapes coming out from a disgruntled investor and that you run your own risks on investing in a exploration company, I will further add that yes, my first initial investment in Thor Mining was when they were a greenfields explorer trying to find a economical deposit at Molyhill. I furthermore go onto say that I invested considerable funds " whilst and after" our very own board was suagrcoating to us that results from the dfs was as good as it gets and that we were looking at incredible IRR for this project with dynamic project financials. Clearly this was a joke, as the IRR% is clearly not as good as it gets in the resources sector and devious announcements were continually made to lure investors willing to take the bait

End of the say, the board of thor mining have to show skin in the game, and prove to the sareholders that there is no malice in the way everything has unfolded since the poor dfs was released to market (considerably late may i add) The spring hill debacle- the dundas extension debacle- how many more signs of incompetance and lack of full transperancy is really required before regulatory foundations such as asic start to question the actions of company directors and so called executive chairmans -
On a closing note, I would love to hear what Mr Ireland has to say regarding the whole debacle about how days after we were told results of spring hill had no material impact on the thor shareprice, they supposedly had amazing mineralisation which proved spring hill had more to offer than thought 48 hours prior. Would also love to hear from a (ACTUAL) geologist for once, his interpretation of spring hill and where we go from here. Lets be honest Mr Trevor Ireland was brought onboard because of his high credentials of being at the forefront of bring the massive callie deposit to production. Correct me if I am wrong, but I cant recall Mr Ireland ever going on record to state what his interpretations of the spring hill deposit are. Instead, we hear from our executive chairman whose previous key roles were never geological- but merely a secretary for some 30 years ? please explain - from their website

Michael Billing is an accountant with more than 30 years’ of mining industry experience in company secretarial, senior commercial, and chief financial officer roles. Previous positions have included periods with Bougainville Copper Ltd, WMC Resources Ltd and Multiplex Mining. He has been involved in the evaluation of new mining operations and in the planning for and commissioning of a number of operations including gold and nickel mines around Kambalda in Western Australia, and the Suzdal gold mine in north eastern Kazakhstan. He has had experience of corporate governance issues, debt and equity fund raising, and project evaluation and feasibility studies in Australia and elsewhere.

Thumb me down all you want, if you do feel like i am being a tad hard on management as I voice my concern at whether we are all being played for fools here, but you cannot honestly tell me that you can not blatantly see that the directors not fronting up to this agm, is a clear attempt to not wanting to face the hard questions of what they have done with shareholder funds and how the heck we are supposed to grow with limited funds, no apparent sense of urgency and a deposit that was supposed to be as good as it gets yet looking like a resource that will just stay in the ground due to the miserable dfs fundamentals that exist from publications reported -

you cannot tell me that all of the below are unable to attend a meeting which would have been penciled in long in advance as the date of end of quartely activities havent changed overnight -

    SENIOR MANAGEMENT:

    Richard Bradey - Exploration Manager

Allan Burchard - Chief Financial Officer and joint Company Secretary

    David Thomas - Non-Executive Director

    Greg M Durack B.App.Sc. MAusIMM - Non-Executive Director

    Michael Ashton - Non-Executive Director

Michael Billing, B Bus CPA MAICD - Executive Chairman

Trevor J Ireland - Non-Executive Director ( sorry but phone conference doesnt cut it for me)

Out of all honesty, what material information are those attending supposed to in for a director, only days old, without the hard geological facts we need ?
