    Mike Watts has been doing the rounds in India, touting the potential of unconventional oil plays.
    I wonder who he is referring to, when suggesting that Indian is now at the "proof of concept stage" with regards to shale gas. Looks like he is already working for Oilex..

    What's that chances of an announcement that he's joining the board...
