Its all noted in the previous releases to market that MHL will have to run close to doubling their shares on the reg in order to get 90% or somehting close to that, to get the transaction over the line ... MHL will have a share in this IMHO and subsequently ( as NathanBlack has highlighted ) start the wheels in motion for a consol .. at last years AGM they did note that they would be looking at a consolidation at some stage ... that stage isn't too far off now ...
Coobator .. no real direction ? What do you call what they're trying do currently ?

Anyhow - hopefully the doomsdayers will see the light ..
