Notes to take from table:
- MIN have recieved (under polaris) their environmental approval for their Carina Iron Ore Mine. It took them roughly 7 months from PER to final approval (4 months until first subimission).
- CAZ is still submitting approvals on their PER.

Based on the above evidence, I would expect that since MIN have not already recieved their port allocation and have recieved their environmental approval, I am inclined to think that maybe the port export capacity allocation may be independant of the environmental approval. It is plausible to suggest however, that CAZ and the Kwinana Fremantle Port Authority may require a first environmental approval draft. Nonetheless, its all a guessing game in when we will recieve the allocation but the unanswered question remains whether we will require some form of environmental approval before being granted any capacity allocation.

I believe that MIN and CAZ will recieve the allocation at the same point in time, though if that doesnt happen than we know that we have to wait for the envionmental approval. I would expect that something (the port approval) is just around the corner as we have the support from the Shire of Yilgarn and other major strategic partners to begin production. We have all the necessary backing required to be granted an allocation, its just a matter of when and I believe it will be sooner rather than later based on the volume that went through last friday.
