My broker says MAP has negative NTA of $2.23...looking at bank bills they seem to be turning up again. My guess is MAP debt costs will continue rising whilst there is little they can do to increase profits as thye have already cut back on costs.
I think we can expect MAP to start looking at selling some assets soon and at prices less than they have valued them for.
This really is starting to look like another CNP.
