Someone else with have to answer the previous 4 months might have something to do with the price of gold if I had to guess seeing as how they are trying to become a gold producer.

As for credit raise they have $17mill cash last quarter, so they have cash for days, they also have a drill rig out there drilling for gold already, so if they step to it they can likely dove tail the lithium drilling in with the gold drilling that way avoiding lowering costs.
