But can you please explain how Craig Marshall's son came to be the head of KEY just after this very valuable asset was transferred for shares worth only $1 million? Also why does Craig Marshall now have a paid position on the board of KEY????

Lama yes EGO got a 20% share but whats it worth after capital raising. I dare say KEY will be doing a few over the next couple of years and EGO's share percentage will be very minor.

This was a gift from EGO shareholders to KEY and the Marshall Empire.
