You can’t correct an accurate assessment of this company and the RE sector that spans 6+ years. All you have done is provide your own subjective opinion that holds absolutely no credibility to anyone but yourself.
You have only been posting here for one day. Give it a few months maybe a year considering your poor understanding of this company and the RE sector and like the many tragics that have come and gone before you, you will eventually succumb to reality also.
In the meantime, how about you show me one analyst report that has provided an accurate assessment of NTU or even DyO price forecast over the last 6 years. You claim there is a greater pool of knowledge that has already decided current worth before me. Prove it dude because to date everyone of the “experts” forecast have been wildly inaccurate and I have been here calling out their BS every single time. The same thing I am doing right now with you.
