Crikeys 16 per cent - my credit card is better than that - it is even higher than junk bond status .. They got a liquidity crisis .It's a rerun of Lynus . The Chinese must laugh there heads off , dealing with these people . China gets the product at as low a price as possible without toxic pollution of their environment . The destruction of existing shareholder value is enormous . It puts barriers to the share price rising as lower & lower levels  of fund raising are offered as the company gets more & more desperate for cash. Now it's 6 cents with some oppies thrown in .Shareholders are unlikely to see a return out of this in the medium term at least as the company deals with services debt .
