Why would a sophisticated investor want to pay a 50% premium at today's prices for a $2 million dollar stake? $0.06 x 22,222,222 shares would be $1,333,333 A $666,666 premium
And why would the Chinese wish to pay up to 80% over today's prices. 240,404,040 shares at $0.06 cents = $14,424,242 and they are willing to pay $25,000,000 (over $10,500,000 premium) All for diluting with another 240 million plus shares.
These investors should be getting a premium discount price for Bailing NTU out of the shite, that's of course if it ever takes place.
Some people have just to much money.
I just wonder when it is that investors realise that this isn't looking to flash.
