Can't argue with your statement that China and Lynas can meet foreseeable global demand.However, one potential influence on the market which we cannot predict or control is the possibility of China shutting off supply outside China.
If my memory serves, the US has put a number of REs on a list of strategically important materials for which the US should develop its own supply. Since we are an unofficial part of the US, this may help NTU and Lynas.
