I am also confused and would have thought there would be much more news about contract wins.

With a significant exposure to Mining, which someone tells me is booming, would have thought that the business would be flourishing. The Co. indicated late last year that the operating environment had improved hugely.

Add this to the Board rejecting a 52 cents offer not that long ago on the grounds it undervalued the business based on performance turnaround, then why on earth would the share price be trading 35% below the rejected offer now??

Anyone have insight - what am i missing??
