I think it likely the Chinese will end up with this niobium deposit in Tanzania. It will sold on & they will make a significant profit . Look at GGG & NTU. Tanzania & many other other African under developed resource rich countries are actively courted by the Chinese government . I hope to write to the Tanzania Government resource minister to advise them of the activities of this takeover party. I won't be investing in these overseas resource development projects again
