Wet - I think liquidity will never be high in the foreseeable as the stock is held 72% by 5 holders who probably won't be selling anytime soon. That leaves about 33m shares with other holders. So not too many institutions will be interested. I still think it should be priced around 11 cents though on estimated P/E of 8.
