I have asthma and the problem is that when I feel good I forget to carry my medication. I think Im normal. I got one of these and found out that i had an allergy attac com in on because my wheeze number came back high even when I felt good. Most people tend to adapt so what felt like a lot of pain is now not so bad. I think it must be the same with wheeze and asthma - you dont know until its too late because you become less sensitive. this helped me realize that my meds didnt work so the GP changed them. I like to check my self all the time and i found out a lot about my own asthma. Bill you asked about easyness the video talks about the first time - after that my measurements are easy and fast.
