Maybe the IGS directors, Okap (advisors) and maybe even the owners of Demsey Resources Limited will not be involved in the day to day running of WG, if the deal proceeds.

Surely they will be calling the shots and controlling where all the money goes…

But then again maybe CTR’s (Okap) problems? with Latin American Resources could be seen as a learning exercise? Surely not?

Peter Landau – Okap, CTR etc..

Please correct me if I am wrong.

And.. the history or current performance of a company, it’s directors performance, who the players are and who the major holders are, is relevant, in my opinion, they are one of the first things that should be looked at along with the current direction the company is taking, in my opinion.
