I agree that LEI selling their stake might make it more attractive to both investors and (other) possible takeover entities to buy in. LEI is not going anywhere with their stake I would think, they might have enough worries already on other fronts and might look at concentrating their efforts in key areas of expertise (not including property).
On a separate note: I believe that the current fully franked yield is outstanding? Are we not expecting at least 2c fully franked for the coming FY? Seems like a good investment to me.
