Accordingly to the recent merger announcement, the execution of the merger implementation agreement and conditions is supposed to happen today.
I wonder whether we are on schedule here and if everything is moving as planned... No announcement to date (if there was going to be one..) The gap is closing between buyers and sellers . It'd be nice to see some interest building a bit more .
