is cap a buy using ta?, page-39

Hi Folks

Chart requested by shareholder for everyone. SP looks to have come down to long tern support resistance and has sprung back up it today. Now personally it's still too early for a buy, I just don;t like buying potential bottoms, i prefer to see supply tested and proven to have dried up and we don't know that yet with CAP. Nice looking spring though so a few days up probably. Then it needs to be tested on low volume and make a higher low, needs to also be well out of that downtrend channel too so patience folks. Let the price come to you.
