Sharejon it is my hope that Nick will be a man of his word and act on my discussion with him last week. I will be bitterly disappointed if we don't get news from Hawsons within the next week as promised because announcing a project update gets put in the "too hard" basket. Nick, if you are reading this, then let it be known that shareholders will not tolerate the lack of communication any longer. Some of us have a right idea of what is really going on, and thus some of us understand that the fundamentals of CAP are as strong as ever, but the majority of the market out there is thinking that CAP is a dog company that will never profit from its assets because of a corrupt JV partner. This matter needs to be addressed immediately because there is a whole lot of 'blind' trading going on with this stock as not many people really understand what is really going on. It's not for me as much as it is for the shareholders out there who can't source their own updates on the JV.

While I'm here for the long term and short term price fluctuations shouldn't be of any real concern to me, I never thought I would see the day when I was down 10c per share on my investment in this company.
