It could be manipulation or it could be tax loss selling.
Or maybe it's just that people are not liking CAP's appalling communication regarding the Hawsons JV confusion.
CAP has fantastic assets, but does anyone really know what's going on with the Hawson's debacle?, and Hughenden is basically an unknown quantity (despite the opinion that's it's worth alot of money) so it's understandable why nervous nellies are exiting.
It's a shame really, because a positive JV deal would see CAP at double or triple this current price, but a very sour JV agreement and poor communication from the company leaves investors clueless quite frankly.
I know CAP might be legally binded from saying certain things about the JV, but i'm sure their communication efforts could be improved drastically from where they are at.
