It doesn't affect the BIOX, only the flotation response.
If you operate the plant correctly you can still get 96.5% float recovery, though there is no indication what the recovery split is between the two milling circuits at that level since it's a combined float.
If you take the rod mill out your production goes down dramatically as you can't get the throughput.
More testwork is required on the true cause of the relationship between milling circuits and recovery.
You shouldn't be concerned as an investor.
