Plenty has happened.

We've had all of the independent directors resign en-masse, for unexplained reasons.

We've had wage increases all round with declining sales.

We've had our (less than 1 year 'lower price than the previous') auditors resign after not approving the shenanigans of the board, who are taking legal action over 'fees'. Maybe they will not be so cheap after all.

We've had directors issue shares to themselves for nothing.

We've sold a business for $12m less than we paid (not including bonuses to directors). This will stop further losses.

We've had a trial run in SG, nearly 6 months ago, with no 'continuous disclosure' news to the market. Why not?

We've had 'progress' towards getting funding for SG, although nothing real.

A dividend? That requires cash and profitability, of which we've got neither. If we can hold out for another 5-10 years, then perhaps consider it possible. 10 years ago, these same people told me that I should expect dividends in the 'next few years'. Didn't get squat. My guess, unless we change the captain and crew, and FAST, the ship's headed for the reef. And with the captain being paid based on his time at the helm, he doesn't look like he want's to give it up. Just keep a compliant crew around him. REMEMBER, there was a move by some shareholders to get the ship right, without removing those already there, in order to get true independent oversight. This was sabotaged by the incumbants. As to why, draw your own conclusion.
