I will be attending as I've done some hard earned on this one - should be an lively affair and hopefully they will provide some much needed guidance. Relieved to see that the refinancing went through yesterday and with sale of land adjacent to GCI under due diligence and Paradise Resort on the market, the debt position should be minimal by next February. Although communication has been poor, I still think that PS is the man to get us through these difficult times. Look at many of the other local developers who have recently gone under. Grocon have been incredibly quiet ever since they took holding - wonder if their position will become clearer although without the two development sites on the GC, their opportunities appear limited. Interested to hear any other views.
