Tis think this battered and unloved poor excuse of an investment company is doomed and headed for the scrap yard. Even if maybe the new investors might somehow do alright, BUT past shareholdings have been diluted to oblivion. NO SALT LEFT ON THE TABLE FOR OTHERS, the golden rule forgotten! So might as well vote NO at the meeting.
