An unexpected move up like this in the share price of high volume could mean another offer could be coming from a different source ! ... news always leaks out a few days before. If someone offers $7.50 I think it will be accepted.
Another possible scenario is a ramp up in the share price to do a Cap Rising which other have mentioned...
I have a feeling it wont be a Cap Raising .... the share price increase in the last 2 days has been out of left field on high volume so I expect some corporate activity or amazing company news !!
