You might be closer to the truth than you think. I don't know about being a takeover target but there could be big buying soon. Simply because if the CSU major asset sales goes through to Kagara you will have two major Chinese partners who were ready to fund that project out of pocket for both a project and a partner with excellent future prospects. The Chinese might be happy to sell once the deal is concluded and their share price gets a bump and buy into Kagara should they wish to still participate in the project still. Maybe they move onto something else or do nothing but Kagara will certainly look more appealing.
