In an earlier post I mentioned that a Form 484 had been lodged with ASIC on 30 June 2014 announcing the appointment of MICHAEL JOHN TRIMBLE to the board of PPN. Michael is one of the sons of PPN's majority shareholder, CEO, MD & Secretary, JOHN DENNIS TRIMBLE, who changed his name from TRIMBOLE some years ago.
Well it appears that there may be some irregularities with the appointment so stay tuned to 'Hot Coppers' for further news.
