If you do a bit of digging (and can read Spanish on the Ecuadorian mines dept web site) you can find all the tenements Solgold has applied for - in short dozens of them but spread all over the country through 4 or 5 of their subsidiary companies (as listed in their annual report)
I think these if and when granted might be the basis for comments on an alternative funding vehicle.
