IRR was up 26% overnight. wow! Moves of this size/speed usually don't happen for no reason. I wonder what's up? Bloody hard to guess with IRR because they have dozens of properties on the go. A lot of district-scale properties, covering half the periodic table. It's more of a project generator than dgr is.
I could imagine NM successfully raising capital for some of IRR's projects, given the success he's had with Solgold. A lot of investors back the jockey not the horse.
