Seeing it @ 37 makes me think it might revisit 31 in a hurry, but I'm no TA guy. Anyhow,
looks like IRR's business model is winning fans.
Plus it would be people betting on the jockey. NM looking like a serial-winner in this business. (I guess he has been for a few years, but solg has put him over the top.)
I'm guessing something good must be developing in the background for IRR, or else why would the price go up??? Or maybe not, who knows.
