I put this together a few days ago, my best effort at showing the organisational structure at IronRidge.

We already know that SOLG have a high level of corporate governance through having Newcrest on the board. Only a matter of time before BHP also get a seat at the table imo.

This org chart shows just how much corporate governance IronRidge also has - Assore (nearly 30%) have 2 permanent NEDs and 2 alternates (and we know that at least one alternate will attend board meetings). Sumitomo Corporation also have 1 board member.

My point to all this is to show that the company is properly run AND that all major decisions / strategy is agreed with Assore and Sumitomo - these are the folks who have (along with DGR) funded all of IronRidge's activities to date.
