This would be a great company to invest in, if the BOD didn't gouge so much out of it. When the CEO is extracting $1.15 million directly from DGR, SOLG and the other minors, then grants himself 13,675,000 options for 6.5 c when fully paid shares are around the 10 cents, is it no wonder that the share price stagnates at the current levels. When was the last time our public relations officer actually released any news? What's happening with the new drill rigss and when will the confirmed resource statement be released?
Our CEO travels around the world, all expenses fully paid of course, telling the same story about the potential/s, and then down sells the most potential of all the companies, SOLG, at 40 percent discount to a bank, which will make approximately 2 million pounds for every cent rise above the buying price of 25cps. Of course the share price plummets to this level from the high 30pence per share. Our BOD don't have to actually do anything.....some are earning up to 10,000 pounds per week anyway. Enough to pay for the next round of cheap options/shares they give themselves as an "Employee Incentive". NM has made nearly $500,000 this last month from his last incentive take-up in DGR. Don't forget this is not the only incentive given to the BOD s during 2017. Has anyone looked at how much these fellows are giving themselves as employee incentives? CEO increased his overall ownership percentage in DGR by nearly 0.5% and holds nearly 20% overall of company and therefore 20% of SOLG which he already owns 5+% of.
