IO appears to be bouncing along the bottom now (one hopes!) suggesting a stabilisation in the near term. Of course, we still need to get through Chinese New Year and then we will really know: mills will put in place their 2015 plans after New Year. Central govt financial easing may yet bring some growth in the sector.
