The other factor not in favour is that the ore is magnetite and not haematite. But this ore is being re-rated see article page 33 today's Australian. Also the remote location is a factor; but there has been talk of a railway by the government if there are enough mines starting up. This could be the case because there is a lot of mineral in the ground up here. World demand for minerals is not going to go away with rising populations everywhere. Kagara is running mobs of big trucks into Mt. Garnet for its ore.
