That's what I've been saying ROY must conserve cash till after 2018 and beyond. ROY's admin fee is too expensive, I've been saying for the last 2 years.
All explorers need to cut fee. I don't see why managing director of an exploration company cannot just get $100K pa salary and a few non-executives $45K pa. You either do this or get NOTHING and retire. ROY will struggle to raise money. The big dream of big salary is FINISHED.
