ASX needs to look at the transparency of these types of arrangements. I was a supporter but now think they work against the credibility of the Australia equity market.

Since Karara is simply selling a commodity (iron ore) I don't think there's much room for Ansteel to adjust revenue numbers. Iron ore should be priced exactly according to the commodity market.
