I agree Mole... GBG seems to be soooo sloooowwww in everything they do. It took them ages to come up with the Mt Gunson Joint Venture program itself. And when they finally made the announcement, we then hear that it is a mine program of up to 6 years.

But the Mt Gunson mining area in Sth Aust has been extensively mined over 40 years. Previous miners including CSR have long packed up their shovels because it was commercially unviable to continue mining operations. It appears (or at least GBG hopes and expects), that the extensive known JORC resources in Mt Gunson mining district can now be commercially extracted with new leaching technologies.
Note: that the massive BHP Olympic Dam is not that far up the road.

It seems that we'll get old before anything happens..for at least 6 years anyway.
