I was talking with someone the other day about new projects. there just arent many. they have all been pegged. what we have with GIR is a serial pegger. when everyone was running scared GIR was pegging. now they can start to bring these projects out thru various floats etc for the next 10 years.
day traders wont get it but GIR has lots going for it imo.
