Iress Issues? Chrome and Firefox pull support of Flash, page-19

Did you ever fix the problem introduced years ago where Webiress could no longer remember saved 'no frames' positions to the left of the main windows monitor?   I have been stuck on an old version of webiress (4.5)  for years now because of this and the broker who submitted the report for me and monitored the lack of a solution for a few years has retired now so I don't know if it is possible to upgrade yet.
