Hey Mr Jamber,

I've had a bit of a read & all looks good....They always do in the prospectus :)

My experience with LICs (Not that CCP is a LIC) & Financial listings is that the shares normally list around NTA value & drift a little as company normally burns a little cash before coming good with the profits at a later date. (or not).

In CCP's case they seem to be well backed with underwritting & everyone seems confident.

The timing of the listing 30th May, may encounter some general market weakness with tax loss selling so I'm going to hedge my bets & buy a few through the Priority Offer & hopefully pick up a few a little cheaper after listing. I may be wrong here as CCP does seem well put together & she may Stag. (Hence my buying into the offer).

First divvy is flagged for next year so no real hurry imo.
