Most 'doomsayers' are comparing today's circumstances (record levels of private debt, low yields, favorable interest rates etc.) against circumstances that lead to previous financial disasters over the last 300 years as discussed in this book. How that is short term vision?
This business may be a great buy at the right price - if they survive the highly probable residential property disaster over the next 5-10 years.
