Sometimes we need facts check.
Last financial year company's total revenue was around $ 1m with profit of about $ 0.11m.

Current remuneration table shows:
1. Mr Brendan Martin $ 285,000
2. Mr Duval Tavares $ 205,000
3. Mr Peter James $ 60,000
4. Mr Jay Cohen $ 55,000

This indicates that likely directors moneies are approaching to last fincial years revenue. And if also check directors share holdings, this clearly indicates that it is not east to deny directors binge parties.

Around GFC peroid my yearly turn over (=revenue) was more or less $10m in the stockmarket. So around $ 1m revenue from a established company seems a kind of joke.

But its future prospect seems fairly bright if company survives among very competative burgening bussiness environment, imo.
