Yeah I bought into this company because of the actual IDEA of underwater drones, and the amount of applications they can be used for, now and into the future. The deal with the US navy and the fact that one of the directors is ex US navy is a real bonus, but also the other many, many potential uses they have.

Off the top of my head...beach safety (shark surveillance, or coupled with a shark defender -electrical pulse -one of these for every beachside suburb in Australia to start...next the world, coupled with ongoing paid maintenance, maybe on a lease plan to ensure continued revenue) in the future some sort of environmental use I.e rubbish collection in the ocean (think thousands of these things running off solar, cleaning the ocean), surveillance for many industries, marine research, stormwater drain maintenance, search and rescue/recover (police, search crews for downed planes/ missing boats/illegal boats) recreational fishing (similar to contikis), recreational diving (throw this in the water, search for Crays /abalone mark the spot on GPS that connects to a diving gps and you are eating fresh seafood before you know it), boat safety (used to get you back to shore if you capsize near land), swimming pool cleaners (throw one in and it scoops up all the leaves/filters water), documentary/movie filming, oil & gas industry use (maintenance and observations). This is what I can think, imagine what other uses they have.

I'm glad they are using money to expand their sales force, the opportunities are many.
